1. Don't make fun of Texas. Those folks have ZERO sense of humor.
2. Always agree 100% with anyone who is featured in the "Unemployment Stories". Understand that their predicaments are a result of unfair treatment from "the man" and they couldn't have possibly done anything to contribute to their situation. This is especially true if they cannot spell, compose a complete sentence, or if they refuse to work overtime.
